House Rules Please help us take care of The Dwelling by observing the following: NO shoes in the house Food in kitchen and dining areas ONLY Turn OFF A/C and lights when you leave a room NO pets NO smoking on the property* NO alcohol on the property* NO illegal drugs on the property NO loud parties/noises that would disturb our neighbors NO outside guests stay overnight without prior approval Please use only one hot water heater (shower) at a time Please pick up after yourself Lock all outside doors at night and when you leave the house Keep the front driveway gate closed at night and when you are not home We recognize the right of Christians to have varying stances on the use of these substances. But out of courtesy to our Thai Christian community, we take a stance that these aren’t things to use on this property. Overall, please help us keep the home and yard beautiful, clean, quiet and safe.* And if you happen to damage or break something while you’re here, please let us know so that we can discuss the cost of repairs or replacement. For those who have small children, we try our best to 'child-proof' the house, however, you know your children well. Please feel free to place breakables out of reach. By following the “rules” on this page, you can help us to continue offering The Dwelling free of charge to all of our future guests. Thank you!
